At Stellar Guitar Shop we understand how important it is for you to receive your order in a timely and secure manner. Our flat rate shipping price for all items is $190 unless otherwise stated.

 If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping methods or costs, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Due to the unique nature of vintage and used instruments, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received differs significantly from the description provided. If you believe there has been a discrepancy or if the item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns and potential options. If a return or exchange is accepted, please note the following conditions:

New Items

Returnable within 5 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%

Used & Vintage Items

Returnable within 5 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%

Special Conditions

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. 

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
